The BHMS Summer Camp brings 16–20-year-olds to Lucerne for two weeks each July — a real taste of professional kitchens, Swiss hospitality and student life at the Swiss Culinary Academy, alongside a cohort of friends from every continent.

Fourteen days, zero spectating

Camp days run hands-on with BHMS chefs — the same instructors who teach the Academy's diploma and bachelor students.
